IS THIS REAL? IF SO, HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act (FASA) of 1994, proposed by former President Bill Clinton and signed into law by congress, set into motion a series of regulations and procedures designed to; eliminate administrative hurdles, red-tape, lower approval level and require much less documentation. The primary objective was to create a level playing field whereby small, disadvantaged woman-owned, disabled veterans, HUBZone qualified and minority firms can get an equal share of government contract revenue.
